Gillen Yacht Service offices, shop and dockage are conveniently located at Harbor Towne Marina just off the Dania Cutoff Canal. Located minutes away from Port Everglades off the ICW you’ll find it quick and easy to navigate.

Additionally, our Palm Beach location is a 1500 sq. ft. welding and fabrication shop that's ideal for your next custom project.

Gillen Yacht Services offers all the services found at the larger boatyard but at a more cost-effective and personalized offering. Our team has technicians which are certified and factory-trained to provide quality service in all areas of yacht systems from service to new installs. Gillen Yacht Services have skills in all yacht trades including electrical, electronics, air conditioning, watermakers, diesel engines, generators, thruster, stabilizers, running gear, paint and fiberglass, custom carpentry and fabrication. We have the equipment and technology to handle any job from a simple oil change to a full yacht refit.

We can come to you or you can come to us! Gillen Yacht Services is licensed and insured to work at all marinas in South Florida. For the most cost-effective servicing, we have dockage located just steps away from our shop and parts center. This allows for ease in fabrication and access to technology to get the job done without making the back and forth trips necessary for many of the more complex jobs.

We are also pleased to announce that for our larger yacht customers, our company is designated as a “Preferred Contractor” at Lauderdale Marine Center (LMC).

Our full array of specialty vans loaded with the proper tools and equipment can easily drive to your yacht located behind your home or at one of the South Florida marinas.

While traveling to the Caribbean or East coast, our company aircraft with parts and technicians are prepared to fly to you wherever you may be in need.

Our customers’ vessels range in size and complexity. While over the years we have seen the sizes of boats grow - we have not forgotten what got us here. For years the smaller vessels were our primary customers. While we primarily provide services for larger vessels as part of our full-service capabilities we often handle our customers’ dingys and specialized tenders.

Our specialty vans are equipped to perform services at your dock behind your home or at one of the south Florida marinas. And if traveling to a remote location we are prepared to fly to you with parts and technicians in one of our two company aircraft.

Most vessels schedule routine yard periods on an annual basis for haul-outs and maintenance. Our experienced staff can assist you with advice on how to maximize your yard period.

Gillen Yacht Services works with brokers and boat surveyors to perform the detailed mechanical system surveys associated with engines and generators. Oil samples and testing both at the dock and during sea trials provide the owners with an analysis of how mechanical systems are performing and have been maintained. Due to our full-service capabilities, we are often able to assist both potential buyers and brokers in estimating costs associated with deficiencies identified during surveys.

Customers are often surprised to learn how cost-effective it can be to have one of the Gillen aircraft arrive with the parts, tools and technicians to get the job done. As an example, for a roundtrip flight fee, the aircraft will arrive in Key West with all that is needed to get you back on the water. We are experts at knowing customs and requirements for flying in and working in the Caribbean. When getting back on the water or completing that important charter is important - you can rely on Gillen Yacht Services to make it happen.

Yes, Gillen Yacht Service represents the full Delta T product line including fire dampers for A60 class vessels. We design, install, repair and service the Delta T fire damper, engine room ventilation and moisture eliminators. With our strong relationship with Delta T, the premium supplier of ventilation products we have the ability to access the Delta T archives which provide the detailed information on Delta T systems when installed during the original boat build. This allows for a fast and more cost-effective solution to get your engine room back to safe operational parameters which protects and extends the life of your equipment – while improving overall performance.
